If you haven't made a claim
You can remove the add-on at any time.
If you're unsure whether it's been used
To confirm whether your Excess Protection has been used then please speak to our customer support team and they will:
Email Sparta Group at support@sparta-group.co.uk
Once confirmed unused, you’ll be able to proceed with the removal
Important: If Excess Protection has already been used, it cannot be removed from your policy.
If you remove the add-on, you won’t be able to re-add it until you start a brand-new policy.
