How do I transfer my policy to my new car?
You can update your vehicle details quickly through the Marshmallow app.
To change your car:
Open the Marshmallow app.
Go to the Policy section.
Select Change my car.
Follow the steps to enter your new vehicle’s details.
We’ll confirm your changes right away, and you’ll receive updated documents in the app.
Is there a fee to change my vehicle?
If you're on a Lightest or Essential plan, there may be a £25 admin fee for changing your car.
If you're on the Original or Plus plan, you won't pay an admin fee for making this update.
Your premium might go up or down depending on your new vehicle.
What happens to my old cover?
Once you update your policy, cover for your old car will end when the cover for the new car begins, and cover for your new car will begin immediately (or on your chosen start date). You’ll be continuously insured — no need to cancel and restart.
