Why can’t I see my policy after logging in?

This article is for Marshmallow customers who can log into their web customer account or app but can’t see their policy.

If you’ve logged in successfully but your policy isn’t visible, there may be a mismatch in the personal details linked to your policies.

What is a customer profile?

A customer profile is the set of personal details—your name, email address, and phone number—used to log into either your Marshmallow web customer account or app.

If these details are not exactly the same across all of your policies, you might not be able to see them all in your web customer account or app.

Why your policy might not appear

  • You used different emails or phone numbers for separate policies.

  • You share an email or phone number with someone else (e.g., a family member who also has a policy).

  • You changed your details on one policy but not another.
