Reason | What to do |
Open claim on your policy | Changes are blocked during active claims. Contact support for help. |
Vehicle change limit reached | There's a cap on how many times you can change your vehicle. |
Ownership issue flagged | We may need documentation before you can update your car. |
Cancelled policy | You can't make changes on a cancelled policy. Get a new quote instead. |
