How do I change my van on my policy?

How to make the change

To update your vehicle, you need to speak to our Customer Support team. You will need to provide details of your new van, including:

  • The make and model

  • The age of the vehicle

  • The gross vehicle weight

  • The estimated value

We’ll recalculate your premium based on your new van and give you a quote before proceeding.

Important to know

  • Your new van must meet our eligibility rules. For example:

    • Less than 3.5 tonnes in weight

    • Valued under £90,000

    • No more than one modification

  • If your new van doesn’t meet these rules, we won’t be able to cover it. You’ll need to purchase a new policy.
