Can I change or cancel my Move plan?

This article is for customers who want to switch or cancel their Marshmallow Move policy.

You can switch to a different Marshmallow plan if you prefer a non-telematics option. We offer:

  • Lightest

  • Essential

  • Original

  • Plus

Prices may be higher on these plans.

To cancel your plan, please contact our customer support team via the app. A cancellation fee applies:

  • £90 after the cooling-off period

  • £45 if cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off window

Please dispose of your Tag at a local recycling centre — no need to return it.
