To find your excess amount, please check your Motor Insurance Schedule in your Marshmallow account.

When you make a claim, you may be asked who underwrites your insurance policy. If you don’t know, you can find out in the Summary of Cover document in your Marshmallow account.
You won't be able to get a courtesy car for windscreen or glass repairs. If you have the Marshmallow Lightest or Essential Plan, then unfortunately glass or windscreen claims are not covered as part of your policy, unless you purchase the Windscreen Protection add-on.
If you need to get your windscreen repaired / replaced, other customers in a similar position may use an alternative provider, such as Autoglass or National Windscreens. Please remember to read their terms and conditions.
