You can view your policy details and manage your cover either in the Marshmallow app or on our website. Here's how to log in, step-by-step.
Logging in via the Marshmallow app
Download the Marshmallow app on your mobile device.
Open the app and enter the mobile number you used when signing up.
We'll send a 6-digit login code by text message.
Enter the code into the app, and you're in!
Once you're logged in, you can manage your policy quickly and securely.
Logging in via the Marshmallow website
Go to the Marshmallow login page.
When you see “It’s better in the app,” click the X in the top right corner to continue.
Enter the email address you used to sign up.
Check your inbox for an email titled “Sign into your Marshmallow account.”
Click the link in the email to log in.
That’s it—you’re now in your account!
Things to keep in mind when logging in on the website
The login link is single-use only and expires after 1 hour.
Requesting a new link will invalidate previous ones.
Log in on the same device you used to request the link—cross-device login won't work.
Using a work or company email (e.g.
.gov.uk,.nhs.net) may block login emails.Check the correct inbox—clicking “go to inbox” might redirect you to your default email account.
Double-check your email address for accidental spaces or typos.
Corporate Wi-Fi or VPNs may interfere with login.
Cookies must be accepted in your browser settings to access the account.
