It's really important for us to make sure that the information we hold for you is 100% accurate. Any wrong information could invalidate your policy and potentially lead to the underwriters refusing to pay out if you make a claim.
 And we don't ever want to see that happen!

So, just to double-check, we may ask you for additional documents to prove your address or your occupation for example, and we might sometimes need to see your V5 document. We usually ask for these documents through email, so please make sure to check your registered email address.
