Why do I need to tell you when something changes on my policy?

We need to know if any of the details on your policy changes.

It is crucial that the information we have is accurate to ensure your policy is valid in the event of a claim.

We want to make this as easy as possible for our customers, which is why we're working daily to improve your Marshmallow account.

Do you charge admin fees?

No 😊 Good news is we never charge any admin fees.

However, any changes to your policy may impact your premium.

When you make a change, your premium will be recalculated based on your new details. We're trying our best to keep the price changes to a minimum, but sometimes your annual premium may increase or decrease.

If you're unhappy with the price change, please talk to us about the option to cancel your policy.
