Our policies automatically renew

Renewing with Marshmallow is easy - you don’t need to do anything, simply relax and continue to drive without worry. We will renew your policy using the information you’ve already provided us.

We will send you an email between 14 - 28 days before your renewal date. This email will contain your renewal document and renewal price.

How can I pay for my renewal?

If you paid for your premium in one go, we will charge the card we have on record 1 day before your renewal date.

If this payment fails then you will be emailed an invoice. You need to pay this invoice by your renewal date. You can pay this using a different card to the one you originally signed up with.

If you choose to pay for your policy in monthly instalments, your first payment will be collected either on the day of renewal or within the first 14 days of your renewal date.

On the renewal date:

On your renewal date, we will email you again and confirm that your policy has renewed. You will be able to view your renewed policy documents, in your Marshmallow account.
