Automatic Renewal Explained
Your policy is set to automatically renew, so no action is needed if you want to continue your coverage.
However, if you have disabled your auto-renewal through our live chat team, you can re-enable it yourself in the Manage Renewal section of the app, or contact our live chat team to do it for you.
Key Things to Know:
You’ll get an email with your renewal offer ahead of your renewal date. (We’ll also notify you in the Marshmallow app when it’s ready.)
The email includes:
Your renewal price
Information about your eligibility to renew
How to view your renewal documents in the Marshmallow app
Instructions on how to cancel if you don’t wish to renew
Will My Renewal Price Change?
Your price may change due to factors over the last year.
If you haven’t had an at-fault claim, your No Claims Discount will increase, which could reduce your premium.
However, Marshmallow cannot guarantee a lower price.
