To expire your policy from the Marshmallow app:
From the app’s dashboard, tap your policy
At the top of the screen, tap Update details
Scroll down to Renewal information
Tap Manage renewal
Tap Turn off auto-renew
Please note: You will not receive a renewal quote if you disable auto renew. If you wish to receive a renewal quote 14 days before you renew, you will need to keep auto renew enabled until you receive the quote.
