Depending on when your policy with us ends, we may be able to provide you with your No Claims Discount (NCD) Certificate.
I have been with Marshmallow for a full year but I will not be renewing my policy
If you've made no claims with us during your year on cover, and your policy is within 14 days of expiring, then you can download your NCD certificate from the app or your web-based Marshmallow account.
To get your NCD from the app, tap your policy, then Documents, then NCD Certificate.
To get your NCD from your web account, look for Policy documents, then NCD certificate
My policy with Marshmallow has ended or expired. Can I still download my NCD?
You can still download your NCD certificate from the app or your web-based Marshmallow account, even after your policy has ended.
To get your NCD from the app, tap your policy, then Documents, then NCD Certificate.

I cancelled my policy with Marshmallow
If you have cancelled your policy mid-term, we would be able to provide you with a Claims Overview document from your time with Marshmallow, rather than an NCD Certificate. This is because to get your NCD Certificate, you must have been on cover with us for 12 months and made no claims.
To get your Claims Overview document, please click on the Get more help option to chat with a member of our customer support team.
Please note that we won't be able to include any NCD you may have earned abroad on your NCD Certificate, as not all insurers accept this. However, if you do have NCD from abroad, you can always show this to your next insurer.
