We never cancel a policy without reason, but there are circumstances where we may have to stop covering a customer.
Notification:
We always notify you in advance by email and text before cancelling your policy.
Cancellation Fees:
If we cancel your policy, cancellation fees may apply, up to £130 depending on your individual case.
Fees vary based on reasons such as missed payments or providing incorrect information
Non-Reinstatement:
Once cancelled, we cannot reinstate your policy.
Monthly Payment Option:
If your policy is cancelled by us, future monthly payments will not be charged.
If cancellation is due to missed monthly payments, you are still responsible for outstanding payments before cancellation.
If a claim or loss has occurred during the current insurance period, you must pay the remaining monthly payments, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
We may reduce any claims payment by the amount of outstanding premium payments owed.
Annual Payment Option:
If we cancel your policy, we will refund the remaining premium on a pro rata basis after deducting an administration charge.
No refund of premium is allowed if there has been a claim or loss during the current insurance period.
