It is not possible to change the main policyholder once you have bought a policy with Marshmallow.
This is not possible because it would involve a re-calculation of your premium as all of the policyholder details would need to be changed.
If the main policyholder is not correct, you will need to cancel and purchase a new policy in the correct name.
If you bought your policy less than 14 days ago, you will be charged a £30 admin fee to cancel your policy.
If you cancel your policy after the 14 days, then the fee will depend on your policy plan:
If you are on a Marshmallow Lightest plan, your cancellation fee will be £125
If you are on a Marshmallow Essential plan, your cancellation fee will be £100
If you are on a Marshmallow Original plan, your cancellation fee will be £75
If you are on a Marshmallow Plus plan, your cancellation fee will be £60
