If you are a Marshmallow customer and need to make a change to your personal details, you can make these changes from the app:

  1. Open the app and tap your policy

  2. At the top of the screen, tap Update details

  3. Look for the information you want to update and tap Edit

If you can't see the change you'd like to make in your account, click on the Get more help option and a member of our customer support team will help you further.

Examples of other changes you might need to make may be:

  • Your name

  • Your licence type

  • Your job

  • Any modifications to your car

  • Claims and convictions

  • Any health issues that might impact your driving

‍Please note: if you’re a Marshmallow Lightest or Essential customer, you may be charged a £25 admin fee to make a change to your policy.
