Annual payment
If you signed up as an annual payer and would like to change your card details on file then please login into your Marshmallow App and go to Manage Payments.
Click 'Edit' under Payment Method and then fill out your new card details. Hit Update saved card and you're all set.
Direct Debit with Premfina
If you need to change the bank details for your direct debit with Premfina, you'll need to speak to a team member.
Please have the following ready before speaking to a team member:
Account holder
Account Number
Sort code
Address
Monthly Instalments
If you pay via repeat card charge, you can update your saved card through the Marshmallow app:
Open the app and tap your policy
At the top of the screen, tap Update details
Scroll down and tap Manage Payments
Tap Edit under Payment Method
Add your new debit or credit card details, hit Update saved card and you're all set. Your remaining monthly instalments will be charged on that card.
