There is no difference between NCD, NCB and Bonus Malus.

'NCD' means No Claims Discount and 'NCB' means No Claims Bonus but they are both referring to the same thing.

Bonus Malus is another term that is used in countries outside of the UK but has the same meaning as NCD/ NCB.
