There are certain documents that we cannot accept as proof of address.

These include:

  • V5 (we may ask for this separately)

  • No claims discount documents

  • Driving licences

  • Mobile phone bills

  • Documents that do not state the date

  • DVLA documents

  • Payslips that do not state your address

  • Bank statements that show the address was recently modified
