You can either downgrade or upgrade your policy plan but it determines on what policy plan you are on. At the moment we’re not able to upgrade to or downgrade from Marshmallow Plus policies.
Changing your policy plan during your policy can have an impact on your current premium.
I am on the Original Plan
You can choose to downgrade to either the Essential or Lightest Plan.
I am on the Essential Plan
You can choose to either upgrade to Original or downgrade to Lightest.
I am on the Lightest Plan
You can choose to upgrade to either Essential or Original.
