Please note if you are on our Marshmallow Plus plan, we are unable to change your plan to Marshmallow Essential.

Please note that the cancellation charge is different depending on your plan type. If you are on the Essential plan and decide to cancel while your policy has been active for more than 14 days, there will be a £100 cancellation fee. If your policy hasn't yet started, or it started less than 14 days ago, we charge a £30 admin fee. These charges cover the costs we incur in cancelling your policy.
