What do I do if I think there's something wrong with my driving score?

Our Go app is highly accurate, and gets better over time. But nobody’s perfect!

So if something doesn’t seem right about how we’ve scored a drive, just let us know within 48 hours of the drive.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Driving tab in the app

  2. Tap Drives

  3. Tap the drive you want to challenge

  4. Tap Report a problem with this drive
