Our Go app is built to track your driving accurately—and it gets even better the more you use it. But if something doesn’t look right with a particular drive, you can report it directly in the app.
When to report a drive
If you believe a drive was scored incorrectly, please let us know within 48 hours of the trip.
How to report an issue
Open the Marshmallow app
Go to the Driving tab
Tap Drives
Select the drive you’re concerned about
Tap “Report a problem with this drive”
We’ll take a look and follow up if we need more information.
