Why isn’t my journey showing in Marshmallow Go?

Common reason a drive doesn’t show

If a trip is too short (in time or distance), the app may not record it. That’s because very short trips don’t contribute meaningfully to your driving score, so they’re automatically excluded.

What to do if you're unsure

It’s nothing to worry about. But if you think a drive should’ve been recorded or have questions about your trip history, just get in touch with us through the app.
