What if the Marshmallow Go app thinks I was driving when I was a passenger?

This article is for Marshmallow Go customers who want to correct trip data when they weren’t the driver.

The Marshmallow Go app tries to automatically work out whether you were driving or just a passenger. But during the first few weeks—while it's learning your habits—it might occasionally get it wrong.

How to fix it

If the app marks you as the driver when you were actually a passenger, you can report it in just a few taps:

  1. Open the Marshmallow app

  2. Go to the Driving tab

  3. Tap Drives

  4. Select the trip you want to update

  5. Tap “I wasn’t driving”

This helps us keep your driving score accurate and fair.
