My renewal payment has failed
If you pay for your policy annually, your renewal payment will be attempted 24 hours before your policy is set to renew.
If this payment fails, then you will be sent an email with a payment link allowing you to make the payment manually. You will need to make payment within 24 hours in order for your policy to renew.
Please note: The payment will not be manually reattempted by Marshmallow, so if you do not make the payment within 24 hours your policy will not renew and your cover will expire.
Your payment may have failed because:
Your card has expired
You need to update the default card we have on file
You have insufficient funds
