If you are paying with a direct debit, your payments are with our credit partner Premfina. If you are not paying through direct debit, please speak to a member of our customer support team to arrange payment date changes.
Paying via direct debit
If you pay via monthly direct debit to Premfina for your car insurance, it might be possible for us to change the date of your direct debit.
โIn some cases, if you pay via Premfina, we can move your payment date forward by a maximum of 7 days. For example, if you usually pay on the 8th of every month, we could change this date to the 15th.

We may not be able to change your due date for the following reasons:
If you are in arrears and owe us money, we won't be able to change the date you pay until you are up to date with your payments.
โIf you are close to your payment date, we might not be able to change this for you. Please contact us at least 3 working days before your payment is due to change the due date.
