How do I change my mobile number?

In this article you can find out how to change your phone number in the Marshmallow app and what fees you may incur.

If you need to update your mobile phone number Marshmallow customer, follow these steps in the app:

  1. Tap on your policy

  2. At the top of the screen, tap Update details

  3. Select Main Driver

  4. Tap Edit next to Mobile Number

  5. Edit the number and click Save

  6. Log back in with new number

Once you've edited your mobile number you'll need to verify it by logging back into the app.


If you are having any issues logging back in then please speak to our customer support team.

There are no additional fees to change your mobile number even if you are on the Essential or Lightest plan.
