Get to know our Multi-User Login feature

Let’s say you would like to give an instructor the ability to check-in students for class, but don’t want them viewing your Income Reports. Or your accountant needs access to the system, but there's a lot of personal information being held and you are worried about your student's privacy. Multi-user logins is a powerful feature that allows you to add users to your Martialytics account with specific permissions, making delegating easy whilst keeping your data secure - problem solved! 

There are four permission groups: 

Administration: Users can manage Leads, Send, Widgets, Waivers and Shop inventory. 

Income & Billing: Users can view Income Reports, Recurring Plans, Passes, Pending Invoices, Contract Renewals and manage Member Billing.

Personal Details: Users can view student’s personal information and the Notes section of student profiles, as well as Upcoming Birthdays on the Dashboard. 

Attendance & POS: Users can check students in via Attendance and Kiosk Mode, and use the Shop POS to process sales. 

To add additional users to your Martialytics account, go to your School Settings and scroll down to User Accounts

Click on Add New User. 

Fill out the details fields. If you are assigning this login to a specific person you can put their name down under Account Name. If you are assigning the login to a group of people, you can give it a more general label, for example, ‘Instructors’. 

As a default, new users are given all permission groups and you will need to remove the permissions that you don’t want them to have. 

In our example, the user account is being created for a group of instructors at our school and we only need them to be able to manage attendance and process sales, so we un-tick all permissions besides Attendance & POS: 

Click on Save User.

The new user will receive an email prompting them to confirm their email address. After they have confirmed their email they will be able to login into the software and manage only the areas they have been given access to. 

At any time you can edit users access permissions to include more or fewer areas, or delete the users log in.
