Our Study feature allows you to share training videos with your students via the Student Portal. We recommend publishing your videos on YouTube as ‘unlisted’, so that they aren’t searchable and remain private to your students.

To set your videos to unlisted:

  1. Log in to your YouTube Account.

  2. Go to your My Videos page.

  3. Select the video which you’d like to make unlisted. Click the Edit button to access the video’s settings.

  4. Go to the Privacy section of the page. There you’ll see the options to mark your video as ‘unlisted’, ‘public’ or ‘private’. Select unlisted.

  5. Don’t forget to click the Save Changes button. Once you’ve done this your video will be an unlisted video.

Once you have set your video to unlisted you can upload it into Study to share with your students!
