The Student List is a powerful tool that allows you to filter your students by lots of different criteria, create custom exports and send super targeted emails. 

The Student List is located on the left-hand side of your Dashboard. 

Using the filtering options, you can filter your list by Active, Inactive and Pending Students. You can filter each list further by Age, Tags, Venues, Styles, Clubs, Billing and Waivers. 

You can then sort your selected list by First Name, Surname, Age, Last Attendance, Style & Rank, Plan Status, Passes Remaining, Joined On and Contract Expiry. 

Labels will appear under your students names depending on what you've sorted them by, like Style and Rank. 

Tick the box at the top to select all students or select specific students by clicking next to their name. 

Use the button at the bottom of the list to export the data or send the students an email. 

Go to a students profile to add custom Tags that you can use to filter your list. 

Choose whether you want a classic or enhanced view of your list by clicking on the icon at the top. 

Student list showing 0 students? Names missing from the list? Never fear! The list remembers whatever the last filtering options were. All you need to do is go to your filters and hit Reset to take you back to your Active Students list.
