Has a student left, but you don’t want to delete their data completely? Martialytics provides the option for you to set a students profile to Inactive, allowing you to retain their records in case they return in the future. As a bonus, we don’t count Inactive Students towards the student count for your subscription cost! 

Go to the student's profile.

At the top of their profile there is a green toggle button set to Active. Click here to switch the profile to Inactive.
