Hello! We hope you've found Study to be useful during the lockdown. We can see that thousands of students are logging on daily so that's really great.

While we're working on our SMS integration with Twilio, we've needed to upgrade our server structure to accommodate their latest API.

In the meantime, we've been working on ways to further help with the next phase of the lockdown. Many governments around the world are beginning to allow gyms to reopen, with limited class sizes, some based on the size of your location.

Enter the Capacity Tracker.

This sits nicely on your Dashboard and you can view all venues at once or individually.

It utilises our Traffic Light colour system so you can see at a glance how close to capacity your venues are versus your local government guidelines.

You can set this up in your School Settings page, per venue:

A) Turns the tracker On and Off - it's off by default.

B) Sets your class duration, so that numbers can automatically drop off after that time. This is for all venues.

C) Sets the maximum capacity of students for that venue.

Simple as that!

You can also click the panel on the Dashboard to be taken to your Attendance Tab to see exactly who is attending.

This should help with your compliance as we build out SMS and our comprehensive online bookings and events feature.
