Cancelling a request for a new student or an existing student to complete the Student Form is done from the Pending Students List.
Open the filters at the top of your Student List. Toggle off Active Students before toggling on Pending Students, and clicking Apply Filters.
Click on the email of the person you want to cancel the request for (Note: if the person has already completed the form it will be listed under their name and highlighted in green), scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Delete Request.
Deleting the request will remove it from your Pending Student list and if the receiver then clicks on the link in the original request email, they will receive an error message.
