It all begins in the Student Portal Settings within your Martialytics account.

Head to that section from the top menu:

From there, you can click on the new Settings button in the header area to access your Student App’s settings.

Here you can choose your school’s colour scheme and upload your logo.

You can also choose from one of our predefined background images:

Select the students that you’d like to give access to the Student Portal/App and then click on ‘Invite’ to send them an email.

They will then receive an email inviting them to the Portal/App with a link asking them to set up a password.

NB. If there are multiple family members wanting to have access to the same Portal/App, they must use the same email address and the same password. That will group them.

You can also revoke access here as well.
