Send student forms, streamline onboarding

With the power of QR codes and direct links, you can now streamline your complete student onboarding process into one little form.

That's right!

Student contact information, style selection, location, BILLING(!) and waiver signing, all in one form.

That is completely customisable with your logo and colours. We use the Student App branding settings that you've already set up.

How is this wizardry possible? Strap yourself in...

Setting up your forms

First, go to the new One Touch Signup section in your school settings menu:

Then create a new form. You can fill in the name, description and choose all of the options that you want for your form here. The possibilities are endless:

When your form is saved, a QR code and a direct, secure link is automatically generated.

You can stick these up in your school, around town, turn them into posters etc.

Anything at all.

You can also send the link to any prospect and they can sign up then and there on their own device.

Huge right? We'll give you a minute to realise just how much you can do with these forms...

Mmmmmm QR Codes

Billing

Your new students can choose from the plan (or plans!) you make available to them and sign up then and there. You can also use Passes Plans and add a One Off fee as well.

Waivers

You can also have them sign multiple Waivers as well. Just tick the ones you want to include!

Reporting

Track each form separately so you can measure the conversion performance of each form.

Want to directly compare the links you send to Facebook prospects and QR code using Walk-ins? No worries!

You can also download these lists with a click of a button. Click on a bar, then click the download button. Super simple!

We can't wait to see what you do with your new One Touch Sign-Up Forms!
