Connecting to APEC and broadcasting job offers

Mandatory ADEP agreement subscription

Since November 2019, it is mandatory to subscribe to an ADEP (APEC Diffusion des Offres Partenaires) subscription for any company wishing to publish its job offers on APEC (Association pour l'Emploi des Cadres) via a multi-posting ATS such as Marvin Recruiter.

Part 1: Submit an ADEP Agreement Request

The first step is to contact APEC to obtain the information needed for the connection.

Go to the APEC contact form to submit your request: https://www.apec.fr/posez-votre-question.html#/recruteur/multipostage

Fill in the required fields. In the "Enter your message" box, you can use the following template:

Hello,

We would like to subscribe to an ADEP subscription in order to broadcast our job offers on APEC directly from Marvin Recruiter (our ATS – applicant tracking system).

Could you please let us know the steps to follow to move forward with this process?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards,

Following your request:

  • APEC will send you an Excel file to fill in with the Marvin Recruiter users

  • As well as a document to sign (ADEP agreement)

You will then need to:

  • Return the completed Excel file

  • Send back the signed agreement

Once these elements have been processed, APEC will send you back the Excel file completed with an identifier for each user (only one is needed on the Marvin side).

Part 2: Configure Marvin Recruiter

Once you have obtained your APEC identifier, you can proceed with the configuration in Marvin.

  1. Retrieve your identifier: Copy the contact account number from the Excel file provided by APEC. If multiple identifiers are present, prioritize the one belonging to the decision-maker.

  2. Access the configuration in Marvin: Go to Configuration > Multi-posting > Xtramile tab

  3. Edit the APEC job board: Click the "Edit" button next to APEC.

  4. Fill in the required information :`

    1. Subscription model: Organic

    2. NAF_CODE: enter your NAF code (available on your company profile, e.g.: 7022Z for recruitment companies)

    3. NUMERO_DOSSIER: enter the contact account number retrieved from the APEC file

    4. Application reception mode: by email and in the application

  5. Validate the configuration: Click "Validate information"

📋 Optional fields

No optional fields required for APEC.

🌍 Managing multi-location

APEC handles multi-location natively. The activity sector displayed on APEC is not transmitted by Marvin — it is determined automatically by APEC based on your NAF code.

💡 Recruitment agencies: APEC operates in "direct client" mode (you are recruiting for your own account) or "indirect client" mode (you are recruiting on behalf of a client). The "indirect client" mode is not yet available in Marvin at the moment.

⚠️ Specific constraints

Modifications to job offers are not updated on APEC.

This is the main constraint to be aware of: if you modify a job offer in Marvin after it has been broadcast on APEC, the modification will not be reflected in the online listing.

To update an offer published on APEC, two options:

  • Make the modification directly from your APEC account

  • Wait for the automatic monthly republication (the modification will be taken into account in the new broadcast, with a new reference for a new 30-day period)

📥 Receiving applications

Once the configuration is complete, you can broadcast your job offers on APEC directly from Marvin and receive applications in Projects → Applications.
