Connecting to Hellowork is straightforward and only requires notifying them that your job offers will be broadcast via Marvin Recruiter. Here's how to proceed.

Part 1 : Create Your Job Offers in Marvin
If you already had a Hellowork account with published job offers that you wish to keep, you must first create them in Marvin Recruiter before starting the following steps. The Hellowork connection process will delete all your current listings, to publish only those broadcast via Marvin Recruiter. It is therefore necessary to recreate in Marvin Recruiter any job offers already existing on Hellowork.
Part 2 : Contact Your Hellowork Representative
Once your opportunities are correctly configured in Marvin Recruiter, send an email to your Hellowork contact, or if you don't know who that is, to interface@hellowork.com. In this email, inform them of your intention to broadcast your job offers on Hellowork from Marvin Recruiter, and to receive your applications directly in Marvin Recruiter as well.

📋 Required fields to fill in Marvin
When broadcasting your job offers on Hellowork, Marvin will ask you to complete the missing information in a dedicated "Hellowork broadcasting settings" panel.
💡 Some fields may appear duplicated compared to those already filled in Marvin, as Hellowork sometimes requires a specific format.

🌍 Managing multi-location
Hellowork natively supports multi-location. You can select several cities when broadcasting directly from the Marvin panel.
💡 If you wish to modify the locations of an already published offer, you must first unpublish the offer, make your changes, then republish it.
⚠️ Specific constraints
End of email-based application delivery in June 2026.
Hellowork is ending the transmission of applications by email. From early June 2026, all applications received from Hellowork will be exclusively available in Marvin, in the Projects → Applications tab.
