1. Installing the Marvin Recruiter Extension

Installation steps:

  1. Click on "Add to Google Chrome".

  2. Confirm by clicking "Add extension".

  3. Once installed, make sure to pin the extension via the Chrome puzzle icon for easier access.

The extension is now installed on your browser.

2. Setting Up the Extension on LinkedIn

Connecting to Your Marvin Account

Once the extension is installed:

  1. Go to a LinkedIn page.

  2. Click on the pinned Marvin logo in your extensions bar.

  3. In the window that opens, click on "I already have an account, sign in".

  4. A Marvin page will open to connect the extension to your account.

Once connected, the extension is up and running.

Checking That It Works

Go to a person's LinkedIn profile. 👉 The extension should appear on the right side of the screen.

A message may appear: "Connect my LinkedIn account with Marvin. Connect your account for up to 10x better performance."

This connection is not mandatory — the extension works without it, but activating it improves performance.

3. Using the Extension via the Marvin Logo (Sidebar)

A Marvin logo is available at the bottom left of your screen.

By clicking on it:

👉 A sidebar opens on the right

👉 You can use the extension directly from this interface

Using on Other CV Databases

The extension also works on:

  • Indeed

  • Hellowork

  • APEC

  • CVAden

To use it:

  1. Go to one of these platforms.

  2. Click on the Marvin logo at the bottom left.

  3. The sidebar opens on the right and you can import profiles.

LinkedIn Alternative

If you encounter issues with the extension integrated directly into LinkedIn:

  1. Click on the Marvin logo on the right side of your screen.

  2. A sidebar opens.

  3. Use the extension from this alternative interface.

This method generally allows you to work around display bugs.
