If the orange button is present on the extension
If a small orange cloud appears in the top right corner of your extension on LinkedIn, it means your extension is no longer up to date. Simply click on it to install the latest version. The process is almost instantaneous.
If the orange button is absent from the extension
Here's how to update the extension when the orange "update" button is not present:
1. At the top right of your Google Chrome page, click on the puzzle piece icon. Then click on the 3 dots next to Marvin Recruiter, then on "Manage extension".
2. At the top right of the extensions page, enable Developer mode.
3. Click on "Update" — your extension is then updated.
The latest version of your extension is now installed!
