If you have a paid broadcasting contract (slots) with LinkedIn, you can enable automatic publishing of your LinkedIn job offers from Marvin Recruiter. Multi-posting is therefore reserved for organizations with an active publishing contract (slots).
First, go to Configuration > Multi-posting > Xtramile tab. If LinkedIn is displayed among the job boards, you can proceed to the next step. If not, contact us to have it activated.
Step 1 : Generate the XML Feed from Marvin
1. To configure the connection between Marvin and LinkedIn, we need an identifier. To find it, go to your company's LinkedIn page with an administrator account. If you are the administrator, an identifier of 6 to 10 digits will be present in the page URL. Note this identifier and keep it for later.
2. Then go to Configuration > Multi-posting > Xtramile tab > LinkedIn > "Edit" button and fill in the following information:
a. Subscription model: Credits
b. COMPANY_ID: paste the LinkedIn identifier retrieved in the previous step (1)
c. Application reception mode: via my career site
d. Then click "Validate information"
3. Start by broadcasting at least one opportunity on LinkedIn from Marvin Recruiter and notify us by email or chatbot with the following message:
Hello,
I would like to start broadcasting paid job offers on LinkedIn. I have broadcast my first offer on LinkedIn from Marvin. Could you please send me the XML feed associated with my account?
Thank you,
The offer will not be broadcast instantly, but it will allow us to begin the broadcasting process on our end.
4. Within a few days (one week maximum), we will provide you with an XML feed similar to this:
This XML feed contains all the information about the opportunities you wish to broadcast on LinkedIn.
Step 2: Submit the XML Feed to LinkedIn
You can now provide this feed to LinkedIn for the broadcast to take effect.
This step is entirely managed by LinkedIn and is independent of Marvin. If you encounter any issues during this procedure, please refer to the PDF tutorial provided by LinkedIn at the bottom of the page.
Steps to follow in your LinkedIn Recruiter account
Configuration is done from your LinkedIn Recruiter interface, by the company account administrator.
1. Log in to your LinkedIn Recruiter account
2. Access the ATS integration settings
Menu: Account settings > ATS integrations
3. Select "Xtramile" from the list as the ATS provider
Marvin Recruiter uses Xtramile as a technical gateway approved by LinkedIn to transmit job offers. This is why you must select Xtramile from the list of partner ATS options.
4. Paste the XML feed URL provided by Marvin into the associated field
5. For the application source tracking code, select "tracking via an agency or job distributor". Xtramile already handles the tracking of your application sources.
6. Fill in the other fields based on your data (LinkedIn professional account and account manager).
That's it! The configuration is now complete — you can broadcast paid job offers on LinkedIn from Marvin according to your contract.
