Scope of Responsibility
At Marvin Recruiter, our responsibility is to provide you with the information needed to broadcast your job offers through an XML feed. This feed contains all the data you have entered in our tool, such as:
The job title
The descriptions
The location
The budget
etc.
Our role is limited to providing this information in a structured and accessible way via the XML feed. Broadcasting and managing this information on your website is your responsibility.
Technical Context
We allow you to retrieve offer data and manage applications via two distinct mechanisms:
XML feed for broadcasting offers:
The XML feed contains all the information needed to broadcast your offers on your website.
This feed is designed to be easily integrated into your dedicated job posting page.
Two methods for receiving applications:
Webhook: This method allows applications to be received directly in Marvin Recruiter. Once the application is submitted via your site, it is transferred directly to your Marvin environment for quick processing. You will find them in the Applications tab of the Opportunities menu.
URL Redirect: The URL redirect is another solution — less ideal for candidates in terms of application experience, but simpler to integrate technically. When applying on your site's career page, candidates will be redirected to the corresponding offer on your Marvin career page, where they can apply.
Development is on Your Side
The development needed to integrate this XML feed into your website must be carried out by you or via a technical service provider (e.g., a freelance developer or a web agency). Here's what you will need to provide to the people in charge of this task:
The XML feed corresponding to your organization
The technical documentation needed for the feed integration — available at the bottom of the page.
How to Find the XML Feed
Access the configuration space in Marvin Recruiter.
Go to the "Multi-posting" section, then to the "Other job boards" tab.
Select "Website" from the available options.
Click on the "Edit" button.
A window opens with an "XML Feed" field: that's the link to your feed!
