🔗 Connecting WhatsApp to Marvin Recruiter
The WhatsApp integration allows you to send and receive messages directly from Marvin, centralize your exchanges with candidates and be more responsive.
📍 Step 1: From Marvin
Click on Configuration.
Go to the Integrations tab.
Select WhatsApp.
Click on Connect a WhatsApp account.
A QR Code appears on screen — keep this page open.
📱 Step 2: From Your WhatsApp App (Phone)
Open WhatsApp on your phone.
Tap Settings (⚙️).
Select Linked devices.
Tap + Link a device.
Scan the QR Code displayed in Marvin.
✅ Verifying the Connection
Once the QR Code has been scanned:
Marvin confirms the active connection.
You can now send and receive WhatsApp messages directly from Marvin.
If the connection fails:
Check that WhatsApp Web is authorized on your phone.
Reload the integration page in Marvin and repeat the procedure.
