Requirements to Broadcast on Indeed from an ATS
Before any connection between Marvin Recruiter and Indeed, certain conditions must be met. As a market leader with a degree of monopoly, Indeed's conditions can sometimes be very demanding.
Have an active Indeed account: If you don't have one yet, create it at https://indeed.com/hire.
Have a paid account if you are a recruitment firm: To broadcast their job offers via an ATS, recruitment players (NAF code 7022Z or equivalent activity) must broadcast sponsored listings.
Submit all your offers to Indeed: Indeed requires that all offers published by your company be broadcast via the ATS feed.
⚠️ If you have a career page with offers on your company website: During the indexing phase — i.e. the setup of the broadcast between Marvin and Indeed — the Indeed teams will check whether the number of offers on your site and their content is similar to those submitted via Marvin.
Comply with Indeed's broadcasting rules: Listings must contain a clear job title, a complete description, and correctly filled-in information (title, location, salary, contract type, etc.)
Setup Process
1. Contact Your Indeed Representative
If you already have a commercial contact at Indeed, write to them to inform them of your wish to broadcast your offers via Marvin Recruiter.
🙋 Don't forget to CC your Marvin contacts. This way we can follow the exchanges and be responsive as soon as your credentials are received.

Hello,
We would like to broadcast our job offers on Indeed directly from our Marvin Recruiter ATS.
Could you please confirm the technical prerequisites and send us the information needed to set up the connection between our two tools?
As their broadcasting system goes through Xtramile and therefore Indeed Apply, we are notably asked for:
Client ID
For any questions essential to the broadcast, our Marvin contacts are CC'd on this email.

2. Retrieving the Connection Credentials
Once your request has been validated by Indeed, your contact will send you the elements needed to establish the technical link (client ID and API code requested in the email).
3. Transmission to the Marvin Recruiter Team
If for any reason your Marvin contacts have been removed from the email thread, please forward them this information.
If we are still in the loop, our team will handle the configuration setup and transmit the multi-posting feed containing your offers to Indeed.
What Happens Next?
Once the configuration is complete, your listings published in Marvin Recruiter will be automatically transmitted to Indeed. Generally, if everything is correct, the indexing of your offers on Indeed can take between 1 and 2 weeks.
