1️⃣ Access the Noota Integration in Marvin
In Marvin, open the Configuration menu then go to Integrations > Noota.
2️⃣ Retrieve Your API Key in Noota
Log in to your Noota account.
Click on your icon then go to: Settings → API. (If the API tab is not visible, ask via the Noota chatbot at the bottom right to have it activated!)
Click on Generate an API key.
Copy this key.
⚠️ Never share this key publicly. It gives access to your Noota summaries.
3️⃣ Paste the API Key in Marvin
Once the key is copied:
Go back to Marvin.
Paste your key into the designated field.
Click on the ☑️ button.
Once the key is saved:
A field appears below with a "Generate a webhook URL" button.
Click on "Generate a webhook URL".
A value is filled in, but the end of the value shows "null" — this needs to be changed.
⚠️ To fix this, refresh the page (you should see that the "null" in the URL has been replaced by a series of letters and/or numbers).
Copy the URL.
4️⃣ Add an Endpoint
Once the URL is copied:
Go back to the Noota configuration page.
Click on "➕ Add Endpoint".
Paste the endpoint in the "Endpoint URL" field.
Check the record.completed box under "Subscribe to events".
Save.
The configuration is complete — you can switch back to Marvin.
How the Integration Works
Once active:
✔️ Every time you have a video call analyzed by Noota
✔️ As soon as the summary is ready
➡️ Marvin retrieves it automatically.
The summary appears in:
the candidate profile,
the contact profile,
or the company profile,
...depending on the email match found by Marvin.
💡 You don't need to do anything — synchronization is 100% automatic.
Common Issues & Solutions
Issue | Solution |
Summary not arriving in Marvin | Check that the API key is still active |
No update | Check that the key has not been regenerated in Noota |
Some participants are not recognized | Check that their email exists in Marvin |
Summary still not arriving in Marvin | Your calendar is not connected in Noota |
