1️⃣ Connect Aircall to Marvin Recruiter
Click on your profile then go to Configuration.
Open the Integrations section and select Aircall.
Click on Connect Aircall.
You are redirected to Aircall: → Log in with an Aircall account with administrator rights → Accept the requested permissions.
Once the connection is validated, Marvin can access the information needed to finalize the association of accounts and numbers.
2️⃣ Associating Your Number
After connecting, Marvin automatically displays all the Aircall accounts you have chosen to synchronize.
For each account, you will find:
Last name
First name
Email address
One or more associated Aircall numbers
⚠️ A single Aircall user can have multiple numbers. It is therefore essential to select the correct one.
Associating the Right Number
Identify your account in the displayed list.
Select the Aircall number you want to synchronize with Marvin.
Click on "Associate with my account".
✅ This action allows you to:
Link your Aircall account to Marvin
Make calls directly from Marvin
Send and receive messages from Marvin
3️⃣ Managing the Aircall Integration
Integration management (rights, numbers, users, synchronization rules) is done:
Directly from the Aircall dashboard
With an administrator account
From Aircall, you can:
Add or remove users
Manage numbers
Modify permissions linked to the integration
⚠️ Make sure the following options are enabled in Aircall:
Call recording
Call transcription
