1. Setting Up the PerformanSe Integration
A one-time configuration is required before use.
Step 1: Retrieve Information from PerformanSe
Contact your PerformanSe representative to obtain the following:
Client_id
Client_secret
PerformanSe account email
These credentials are essential to connect your Marvin environment to your PerformanSe account.
Step 2: Enter the Information in Marvin
Log in to app.marvinrecruiter.com
Click on your profile at the top right
Go to Configuration
Click on Integration
Select PerformanSe
Fill in:
Client_id
Client_secret
Email
Click on Connect
If the information is correct, the connection is activated immediately.
2. Configuration on the PerformanSe Side
Before sending tests from Marvin, you need to set up your campaigns in PerformanSe.
Configure Your Questionnaire Campaigns
In your PerformanSe interface:
Create your test campaigns
Set up the questionnaires you want to make available
Check that the campaigns are active
Choose whether or not to enable notifications upon test completion (checkbox below)
⚠️ Only campaigns configured in PerformanSe can be selected from Marvin.
3. Sending a PerformanSe Test from Marvin
Once the integration is active:
Open the candidate profile
Click on the PerformanSe button
Click on Create the test
Select the desired campaign
Confirm the sending
The candidate automatically receives an email from PerformanSe containing the link to their test.
4. Tracking the Test Status in Marvin
The test status is visible directly in the candidate profile via a tracking indicator on the PerformanSe logo.
🟠 Orange indicator
The test is in progress — the candidate has not yet completed the questionnaire.
🟢 Green indicator
The test is completed and available.
When the test is completed:
An update appears in the candidate's activity feed
The test documents are automatically added to the Documents tab
A notification is sent in Marvin to the person who sent the test
You can then view the results directly in the documents from the candidate profile.
