If you want to broadcast a job posting on a job board, you can do so directly from Marvin Recruiter.
Before any broadcast, one step is essential: making sure your job posting is complete.
Job boards impose certain mandatory criteria. An incomplete posting cannot be published (or may be blocked during broadcasting).
In this article, we explain how to create a job posting from A to Z, meeting all the prerequisites required for it to go live.
Part 1 : Create a Project
To create a job posting, you must first create a project.
Two options:
Via the Create button → Projects
Via Companies (sidebar) → Company of your choice → Projects → +
Once in the project:
Enter the company name (if not already done)
Add the job title
Open the Details tab and fill in the Job categories field
👉 These three elements are essential to create a project.
Part 2 : Complete the Project Information
In the Details section:
The location is mandatory to create a job posting
The other fields are not mandatory, but strongly recommended
⚠️ Each job board applies its own rules: some require a salary, others accept a posting without one, etc.
📌 Remember to save after completing the information.
Part 3 : Write the Job Posting Content
Click on the "Multi-posting" tab located next to "Overview". You will then be redirected to this tab and, if it is your first time there, a panel opens on the right: this is where you write the job posting content.
For the posting to be publishable:
All three blocks must be filled in:
Company description
Job description
Candidate profile
Each block must contain at least 200 characters
Once the content is written, you can click "Validate and exit" if you do not wish to publish immediately, or "Activate broadcasting" to put the posting online on your site and on certain free job boards.
