Want to broadcast a job posting on a job board?
Good news: you can publish your job postings directly from Marvin Recruiter, without going through each platform individually.
For the broadcast to work correctly, certain conditions must be met. An incomplete posting or one that does not comply with the job board's requirements cannot be published.
In this article, we explain how to broadcast a job posting step by step from Marvin, as well as the key points to check if your posting is not displaying.
⚙️ Prerequisites Before Broadcasting
Before you start, make sure that:
The job posting is complete
The location and descriptions are filled in
The position is open

Step 1: Access the Broadcasting Section
Click on the Multi-posting tab.
If you did not activate broadcasting when creating the posting, your page will appear as follows :
🔴 To edit your posting, click "Edit the offer" (highlighted in red).
🟢 Next to this button, you will find a button to preview your offer on the Marvin career site (highlighted in green).
🟠 Finally, a last button lets you copy the career site link, for example to send it to a candidate (highlighted in orange).
Step 2: Broadcast on the Career Site (mandatory)
Simply activate the toggle highlighted in red to publish your posting on the Marvin career site, as well as on job boards that have been configured for automatic publishing.
Step 3: Broadcast on Job Boards
Once the job boards are configured in Marvin, simply check the job boards on which you want to publish the posting.
A panel on the right will open to configure certain mandatory fields for some job boards (e.g.: Hellowork). Just verify the information and click "Broadcast on...".
If no job board appears, it means they have not yet been configured: See the dedicated multi-posting tutorials.
Publication times may also vary depending on the job board. Generally allow 24 to 48 hours.
ℹ️ Why Can't I Broadcast My Posting?
The most common causes:
Position not open
Location missing
Description under 200 characters
Mandatory fields not filled in according to the job board
Once your posting is complete, broadcasting it on the career site and on job boards takes just a few clicks from Marvin Recruiter.
